Strong skills in Customer Service and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
Experience in Store Management, with a focus on operational efficiency
Ability to implement Retail Loss Prevention practices
Leadership and organizational abilities to manage team performance
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications is an advantage
Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus
