Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager based in Rajkot. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, driving sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Daily responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring sales targets, managing inventory coordination, maintaining showroom standards, handling high-value customer interactions, and ensuring smooth billing and operational processes. The role also involves implementing sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring overall store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in jewellery retail management or senior sales roles.
Strong understanding of jewellery sales, especially bridal and high-value purchases.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Gujarati & Hindi mandatory; English preferred).
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations efficiently.
