Job Title- Cluster Manager – Goa

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cluster Manager located in Panaji. Responsibilities include overseeing the operational performance of multiple retail locations within the assigned cluster. The role involves managing staff, optimizing sales and profitability, tracking inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving excellent customer service. Additional tasks include analyzing business metrics and implementing strategies to achieve defined sales targets and improve team productivity.
Salary - Up to 6
LPA + up to 20k incentives per month.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue growth across all assigned stores through effective planning and execution.
Monitor store performance regularly and take corrective action to meet sales targets.
Identify opportunities to increase footfall, conversions, and average billing value.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals.
2. Store Operations Management
Oversee daily operations across all stores in the cluster.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, customer service, and brand presentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
3. Manpower Planning & Team Management
Assess and ensure adequate staffing levels across stores.
Support recruitment, training, and development of store teams.
Monitor staff productivity, performance, and engagement.
Build a strong performance-driven culture across the cluster.
4. Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve sales and operational efficiency.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Introduce innovative ideas and local marketing initiatives to boost store performance.
Collaborate with senior management to implement business expansion and improvement plans.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Provide actionable recommendations to enhance cluster profitability.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
Experience in multi-store retail management or regional operations.
Strong understanding of retail sales, operations, and manpower planning.
