E Commerce Executive

E-commerce Executive (eBay Operations) Min. 1 - 2 years experience

Looking for an E-commerce Executive to support our eBay marketplace operations. The role involves product listing, catalogue management, order handling, and basic marketplace operations.

will work closely with the Manager to improve listing quality and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing Catalog Management

Create and upload new product listings on eBay

Update product titles, descriptions, pricing, and variations

Ensure listings are optimized and error-free

Upload and manage product images

Order Account Operations

Process orders

Track shipments and update order status

Handle basic customer messages and queries

Monitor account health and alerts

Listing Optimization Support

Assist in improving existing listings

Update keywords, descriptions, and attributes

Work with the graphics team for better images

Data Reporting

Maintain product and listing data in Excel

Track listing uploads and updates

Share daily/weekly work reports

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of Excel (must)

Good written English

Ability to follow instructions and processes

Interest in eCommerce / marketplaces

Jewellery Domain Experience is added advantage
