We are looking for a dynamic and trend-focused Buyer for Celebrate, LuLu’s premium bridal/saree and fashion retail division in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing bridal wear, ethnic wear, accessories, and fashion products while ensuring profitability, product availability, and alignment with customer preferences and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase bridal wear, ethnic wear, designer collections, and fashion accessories
Identify market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal buying opportunities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability
Analyze sales reports, customer demand, and buying patterns for assortment planning
Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and store teams for product planning and launches
Ensure timely replenishment and minimize slow-moving or excess inventory
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities
Maintain buying records, purchase orders, and vendor documentation
Ensure product quality, pricing competitiveness, and profitability targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of experience in retail buying, preferably in fashion, bridal, or ethnic wear
Strong knowledge of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, and designer collections preferred
Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
Strong analytical and inventory planning abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and retail ERP systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
