Role Overview :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven  Divisional Sales Manager (DSM)  to lead and manage sales operations across a single or multiple depots in Northeast. The role involves driving volume, value, and growth targets through a team of  Area Sales Managers (ASMs) , while expanding and strengthening the retail distribution network in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed sales volume and value targets across assigned territories.
Lead, guide, and develop a team of Area Sales Managers to ensure consistent performance.
Expand and manage a wide and effective retail distribution network.
Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, and recommend proactive strategies.
Implement and oversee effective network management schemes and trade engagement programs.
Ensure strong customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Experience:

12 to 15 years of proven experience in retail, distribution & channel sales
Experience in  Paints, Building Materials, or allied sectors  preferred
Strong exposure to sales operations in Northeast
