We are looking for a Regional Modern Trade Manager to help expand HPCo products across modern retail chains and organized retail formats throughout North India.
The role involves:
opening and managing relationships with modern trade chains | securing listings and shelf placements | onboarding distributors where required | coordinating launches and promotions | managing retailer relationships | negotiating commercial terms | ensuring product visibility and replenishment | and driving sell-through across stores.
Target channels include:
Nature's Basket | Modern Bazaar | Reliance Retail | Spencer's | Le Marche | Foodhall-style formats | premium gourmet retail | airport retail | travel retail and other organized retail ecosystems.

We are looking for someone who:
has existing relationships within organized retail | understands listing processes and distributor structures | can navigate buyer meetings confidently | and is comfortable owning revenue outcomes rather than merely securing shelf space.
Ideal backgrounds:
FMCG | premium food and beverage | confectionery | gourmet foods | gifting | consumer products | organized retail | modern trade.
Compensation:
₹55K-80K in hand depending on relationships, experience and demonstrated ability to secure and grow modern trade accounts. Above this, performance-linked incentives will be tied to active listings, billing and revenue growth.

Location:

Flexible within North India, with periodic travel to Dharamshala and customer locations.
