Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Consultant located in the Mohali district. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting outfits, provide professional style advice, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering product knowledge, offering personalized fashion consulting, and driving sales. Additional tasks include maintaining a welcoming retail environment and building strong customer relationships to promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting to provide informed and tailored styling advice
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and offer a superior shopping experience
Ability to drive Sales while meeting customer needs and achieving team and individual targets
Passion for fashion and styling with a keen eye for trends and detail
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
Previous retail or fashion consulting experience is highly desirable
