Retail Sales Executive- FMCG​/food

Location: Vasanthanagar

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach supermarkets, premium grocery stores, gourmet stores and suitable retail outlets across Bengaluru.

Visit retailers regularly and present Food & Faith products.

Generate new retail accounts and purchase orders.

Maintain relationships with store owners, managers and buyers.

Follow up with existing stores to generate repeat orders.

Ensure product availability, shelf placement and visibility.

Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.

Collect retailer/customer feedback.

Maintain daily outlet visit and kilometre records.

Submit shelf/display photographs and weekly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of field-sales experience, preferably in FMCG, packaged food, snacks, spices or grocery.
Good knowledge of the Bengaluru retail market.
Existing relationships with supermarkets/grocery retailers will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Kannada,English & Hindi Preferred
Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Comfortable with extensive daily field travel across Bengaluru.
Target-oriented and capable of independently developing new retail accounts.
