About Zing

About the Role
We are looking for a  Partnerships Manager  to build and manage Zing's partnerships with  creators, influencers, trading coaches, and other partners  who bring traders to the platform.
This is a relationship-driven role that combines  partnership management, business development, relationship management, and customer success . You will own partner relationships end-to-end—from identifying and onboarding new partners to managing ongoing relationships and ensuring successful outcomes.
What You Will Do
1. Relationship Management
Own and manage Zing's partner relationships end-to-end.
Build strong, long-term relationships with creators, influencers, coaches, and other partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for partners and ensure consistent engagement.
2. Partnership Management
Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with creators, influencers, trading coaches, and relevant communities.
Set up and manage partnerships from initial discussions through launch and ongoing execution.
Work closely with partners to develop effective ways of introducing Zing to their audience.
3. Creator & Influencer Partnerships
Identify and approach relevant creators and influencers in the trading and financial markets space.
Evaluate potential partners based on their audience, engagement, relevance, and ability to drive trader adoption.
Build and maintain a strong network of creators and influencers.
4. Trading Coach Partnerships
Build relationships with trading coaches and educators.
Understand how Zing can complement their trading education and workflows.
Work with coaches to integrate Zing into their existing learning and trading ecosystem.
5. Business Development
Identify new partnership opportunities and channels for acquiring traders.
Take partnerships from the first conversation through negotiation, launch, and ongoing management.
Explore new ways to grow Zing's reach and user base through strategic partnerships.
6. Customer Success
Stay connected with traders acquired through partnerships.
Understand their experience with Zing and help address relevant issues or concerns.
Work with internal teams to improve partner and user experience based on feedback.

What We Are Looking For
Experience in  partnership management, business development, creator/influencer partnerships, or customer success .
Prior experience working directly with  creators, influencers, trading coaches, educators, or online communities .
