Role Description   This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential manufacturing clients, conducting discovery calls and product demos, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The specialist will build strong relationships with decision-makers, understand their operational challenges, and position
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Customer Service skills focused on building trust, handling inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Proven Sales experience in B2B environments, ideally selling SaaS or technology solutions to manufacturing or industrial clients.
Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and collaborating on sales strategy.
Experience in leading or conducting Training sessions to guide clients on solutions and products.
Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Prior experience in the manufacturing or technology sector will be an added advantage.
