KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities

• Identify target companies, industries and decision-makers

• Conduct cold calls, Linked In outreach, email campaigns and follow-ups

• Qualify prospects and understand their business requirements

• Identify customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions

• Present AI, SaaS and technology solutions to prospects

• Schedule and conduct product/service demos

• Manage leads and opportunities throughout the sales pipeline

• Prepare proposals, quotations and commercial presentations

• Handle negotiations and work toward successful deal closure

• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing opportunities

• Maintain accurate CRM/sales pipeline records

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution discussions

• Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams

• Track opportunities, follow-ups and sales activities

• Develop new accounts and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities

• Attend customer/client meetings when required

• Participate in business meetings, presentations and sales discussions

• Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities

• Support customer onboarding and maintain post-sales relationships

• Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales processes

• Consistently work toward assigned sales objectives
Primarily Inside Sales + Client Meetings as required.
PERFORMANCE = REWARDS  Sales targets, KPIs and incentive structures will be discussed during the interview.
Achieve your assigned sales targets and earn performance-based incentives as per the company incentive structure.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR ✔️ 1–3+ years of B2B / IT / SaaS / Technology Sales experience preferred
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
✔️ Strong lead-generation, follow-up and closing skills
✔️ Passion for AI, SaaS and technology
✔️ Target-driven and self-motivated
✔️ Strong business and commercial understanding
✔️ Comfortable with outbound sales and client interactions
✔️ Willing to work  100% Onsite / Work From Office
