Growth starts with finding the right properties and the right owners.
The challenge is not just identifying potential properties — it is  building trust with owners, understanding the asset, running structured conversations, and consistently moving opportunities forward .
Most conversations do not convert because of poor follow-ups, unstructured pitching, lack of persistence, or a mismatch between the property and what the business needs.
This role exists to ensure that:
Every owner interaction is  thoughtful and structured
Every potential property is  understood and qualified
Every opportunity is  tracked and progressed
Every conversation contributes to a  growing, high-quality supply pipeline
If the Business Development Executive is strong, the supply pipeline builds consistently and the right properties move towards closure.
If the Business Development Executive is weak, opportunities drop, follow-ups break, unsuitable properties consume time, and expansion slows.

Your mandate is clear
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of property owner conversations
Identify properties that could fit the Loop proposition
Drive consistent outreach and field meetings
Run structured, insight-driven owner conversations
Understand owner expectations and identify deal blockers
Ensure disciplined follow-ups and deal progression
Maintain clean and reliable pipeline data
This is not a coordination role.
It is a  field-driven, execution-heavy, ownership role  with direct impact on Loop’s expansion.

What you will be responsible for
Drive Outreach & Build Supply Pipeline
Identify and reach out to property owners in assigned markets
Build a consistent pipeline of potential Loop properties
Generate new owner and property leads regularly
Build local networks and identify potential supply opportunities
Maintain strong meeting cadence across weeks
Avoid pipeline gaps due to inconsistent outreach
Identify & Understand Potential Properties
Understand the property, location, configuration, and owner expectations
Gather relevant information required for initial property evaluation
Understand whether the property broadly fits Loop’s business requirements
Identify obvious gaps or concerns early in the conversation
Ensure relevant property information is captured accurately
Coordinate next steps for properties that qualify for further evaluation
Run Structured Owner Conversations
Understand the owner’s context, asset, expectations, and priorities before pitching
Follow a clear conversation flow —  context → need → opportunity → solution
Explain the Loop proposition clearly and confidently
