Bio Area Sales Manager

Location: Sabarmati

Key Responsibilities:

Estimate sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned territory.
Generate new sales leads from pharma, biopharma, and injectable companies.
Achieve regional sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
Promote  single-use (SU) products  among key accounts in the pharma, injectable, and biopharma industries.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key customers.
Meet R&D, technical, production, engineering, and procurement teams to understand requirements and promote suitable SU solutions.
Work with R&D teams to validate single-use products for new molecule and filing projects.
Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
Collect market intelligence and develop sales strategies based on product value, technical advantages, and customer requirements rather than price alone.
Set territory-level business development goals and develop action plans to achieve them.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and regular business updates.
Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
Coordinate with internal technical, application, and service teams to ensure effective customer support.
Support the training and development of new sales team members.
