Sales Coordinator

Location: Noida Sector 27

We are looking for a proactive and organized  Sales Coordinator  to support the sales team in managing customer requirements, quotations, orders, documentation and day-to-day sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales, production, dispatch and other internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding enquiries, quotations and orders.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals and other sales-related documents.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, purchase orders and order confirmations.
Process and maintain sales orders and ensure timely coordination for order execution.
Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
Maintain customer databases, sales records and daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Track order status, delivery schedules and dispatch updates.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
Maintain proper records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other sales documents.
Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team when required.
Support the sales team with documentation and administrative activities.
Coordinate meetings, customer requirements and sales follow-ups.
Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to the concerned internal teams.
