About the Role

We're looking for interns to join our field sales team in Bengaluru. This is a field-based role: you'll accompany and then independently meet doctors at their clinics, introduce them to Even Hospitals, and help grow Even's doctor network. It's the best possible crash course in healthcare sales — real conversations, real targets, real outcomes — with a path to a full-time role for strong performers.

What You'll Do

Visit doctors' clinics across Bengaluru with the field sales team, and progressively own your own set of visits.
Assist in pitching Even Hospitals and onboarding doctors onto the Even ecosystem.
Keep visit records and follow-ups updated in the CRM.
Support the team on on-ground activities, events, and doctor engagement programs.

What You'll Need

A fresher (recent graduate or final-year student) hungry to build a career in sales / healthcare.
Comfort with a field-first role and daily travel within Bengaluru.
Strong communication skills; fluency in Kannada and English (Hindi is a plus).
A two-wheeler is preferred.
