Business Unit Head

Location: Noida Sector 27

Key Responsibilities
Business Unit Head is primarily responsible for developing new business and acquiring new accounts through researching prospects and building relationships with the key decision-makers.
Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities within current clients by thoroughly understanding the needs of the business through active communication
Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities within MSP/VMS programs.
Leading & Managing Recruiters - manages/collaborates with recruiters on recruiting techniques, key performance metrics, and tactics to fulfill client requisitions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market intelligence.
Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to company growth and expansion.
Documentation such as recording all sales activity in CRM.

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing business development.
Must have clients to generate revenue and handle P&L
Strong understanding of MSP and VMS ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to establish long-term client relationships and achieve sales goals.
