Regional Business Manager – Vegetable Seeds

With over 140 years of global expertise, we are looking for an experienced  Regional Business Manager  to drive business growth, lead high-performing sales teams, and strengthen our market presence in India.

What You'll Do
Lead and grow the regional business by delivering sales, profitability, and collection targets.
Develop and execute regional sales and business strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and key growers.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Collaborate with Product Development, Crop Specialists, and R&D to drive successful product evaluations and commercial launches.
Drive forecasting, pricing, inventory planning, and market development initiatives.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and government interactions where required.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture or a related discipline.
7–10 years of experience in the vegetable seed or agricultural inputs industry.
Proven experience leading regional sales teams and distributor networks.
Strong commercial, analytical, and business planning skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
