Business Development Manager

Location: Sabarmati

We are seeking a Manager Sales for a Funded Toy Subscription Platform

Job Profile:
Build B2B2C sales in the assigned City (Hiring across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai)
Identify, pitch and close RWA, school, corporate and event partnerships.
Drive sales through events, stalls and on-ground activations.
Hire and manage 2 field sales executives per city.
Build each city team within 7 days and drive quick productivity.
Set targets, track performance and own revenue, conversions and CAC.
Build strong local networks and create a repeatable field-sales playbook.
Personally lead from the front and spend significant time in the market.

Manager Sales Requirements:
5–10 years in Field Sales / B2B / B2C / B2B2C / Partnerships / Events.
Proven experience building and managing field sales teams.
Strong hunting, negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with frequent travel and extensive field work.
Strong local market knowledge/network preferred.
Regional language proficiency is mandatory:
Kannada – Bangalore | Telugu – Hyderabad | Tamil – Chennai.
Should be comfortable in English + Hindi + regional language.
High ownership, target orientation and startup mindset..
