Institutional Sales

Location: Bāliganapalli

Purpose of the Job :  Support Institutional Sales through Government / Defence Customers, Tender Business, and IB Dealers, ensuring smooth order execution, customer coordination, collections, and timely delivery while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :
Existing Business  – Manage customer requirements and ensure smooth order execution.
Business Development  – Identify new customers and support business enhancement.
Tender & Government Business  – Support tender documentation, submission, and execution.
IB Dealer Management  – Coordinate with authorised dealers for orders, billing, and deliveries.
Collections  – Follow up on outstanding payments and support timely collection.
Customer Management  – Address customer queries and coordinate resolution of issues.
Market Intelligence  – Track market, competitor, and business opportunities.
MIS & Coordination  – Maintain sales MIS and coordinate with internal teams for timely execution.
Factory coordination  – Monthly indent, STO & SO generation. Despatch follow-up from factory and ELC’s
Sales Planning  – Sales Plan as per budget and Market share

Qualifications:

B. Tech/ B.E.
5+ years of relevant industry experience.
