Technician - Electrical

Location: Prakāshamnagar

Sodexo is looking for a skilled  Electrical Technician  to join our team. This role is responsible for the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various electrical and instrumentation systems, ensuring efficient and safe operations within our facilities or client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong practical knowledge of electrical components, control systems, and field instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Instrumentation Management:  Work with various instruments including  LT (Level Transmitters), PT (Pressure Transmitters), TT (Temperature Transmitters), and RTD (Resistance Temperature Detectors) .
System Maintenance:  Maintain and troubleshoot  weigh scales and filling stations .
Valve Operations:  Handle and troubleshoot  pneumatic ON/OFF valves and control valves .
Calibration:  Perform  calibration of LT and PT  instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
PLC Troubleshooting:  Possess  basic knowledge in troubleshooting PLC (Programmable Logic Controller)  systems.
Fieldbus Knowledge:  Apply  Foundation Fieldbus knowledge  for system understanding and maintenance.
Troubleshooting & Repair:  Diagnose electrical and instrumentation issues, perform timely repairs, and replace defective components as needed.
Safety & Compliance:  Adhere strictly to all electrical safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations during all tasks.
Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and calibration activities.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with other technicians, engineers, and operational staff to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless facility operations.
