Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counsellor located in Rajkot. The Visa Counsellor will assist clients with their visa applications, identify suitable immigration pathways, and provide personalized advice based on individual circumstances. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies, managing client documentation, and ensuring accurate and timely application submissions. The Visa Counsellor will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients through consultative and empathetic guidance.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of immigration processes, including student visas, permanent residency, and skilled migration pathways
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to perform accurate document verification and handle sensitive client information with confidentiality
Organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously
Proficiency in using administrative tools and software to manage client records and applications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal advising, or related fields is an advantage
Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset
