Job Title:
Pre-Onboarding Executive
Location:
Hyderabad
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational weekly off based on business inflow)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Pre-Onboarding Executive with excellent communication skills in Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi / Hindi , along with good proficiency in English. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and disciplined, capable of building trust with students and parents while ensuring a smooth and transparent pre-onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured verification and orientation calls with students and parents to clearly explain program details, policies, fee structures, EMI setup, placement opportunities, and support services.
Ensure complete transparency during conversations, obtain explicit consent, and eliminate any miscommunication before program registration.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Academic Operations) for smooth handover of verified leads to the next stage.
Take end-to-end ownership of each lead until successful transfer to the next department.
Identify and address any concerns or escalations during calls to retain students and ensure positive resolution.
Maintain accurate call records and track communication quality through internal audit and feedback mechanisms.
Contribute to script refinement and share actionable insights to enhance the onboarding process.
Stay flexible to handle calls, audits, or messaging activities based on departmental needs.
Who We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong clarity, empathy, and patience.
Prior experience in calling or customer-facing roles is mandatory (EdTech experience preferred but not essential).
Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets and digital communication tools.
Ability to work with discipline, precision, and emotional intelligence in a fast-paced environment.
Self-driven and accountable for achieving high-quality onboarding outcomes.
Languages Known:
Native proficiency in any one or more of the following:
Telugu / Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam / Marathi / Hindi.
Good command over English for internal communication and documentation.
