About the Opportunity

Super Vista Academy, managed by Acquarius Capstorm Limited, is inviting applications from Bachelor of Optometry (B. Optometry) graduates who are looking to build an international career in Germany.

Selected candidates will undergo a structured preparation program, including German language training and relocation guidance, before moving to Germany to work with Super Vista AG, a leading European optical group operating across more than 1,700 locations.

This opportunity is designed specifically for candidates who want to grow in the field of optometry and optical retail while gaining international exposure in a high-quality professional environment.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor of Optometry (B. Optometry) degree is mandatory
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in patient care, optics, and eyewear solutions
- Willingness to learn the German language and achieve the required level for relocation
- Genuine interest in relocating and building a career in Germany

Key Responsibilities

After successful completion of training and relocation, candidates will be expected to:

- Conduct eye examinations and vision assessments
- Support customers with optical consultations and eyewear recommendations
- Assist with frame selection, lens guidance, and visual needs assessment
- Maintain accurate customer/patient records and documentation
- Deliver a high standard of customer care and service
- Work with remote refraction and modern optical technologies
- Support day-to-day operations within the optical practice/retail environment
