Office Timings:  09:30 AM – 06:00 PM
Working Days:  5.5 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday Off + All Sundays)

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic  Senior Sales Officer  to drive student admissions and business growth within our Flight Training Organization (FTO). The ideal candidate should be a  Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holder  with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of pilot training, aircraft, and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on pilot training programs and aviation career pathways

• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into student enrollments

• Explain CPL, PPL, IR, ME, ATPL, foreign license conversion, and training processes

• Conduct admission counselling through calls, meetings, and campus visits

• Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and aviation professionals

• Coordinate with Admissions, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless onboarding

• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets
Requirements
✔  Commercial Pilot License (CPL) Holder (Mandatory)
✔ Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, aviation regulations, and pilot training programs
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and counselling skills
✔ Sales, admissions, or customer relationship experience preferred
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about aviation
