Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Trainer based in Hyderabad. The Fitness Trainer will lead group exercise classes, provide personalized fitness training, and guide clients to achieve their health goals. Responsibilities include creating tailored fitness programs, ensuring safe and effective exercise techniques, and maintaining a motivating and positive environment. Delivering excellent customer service and assisting clients with recovery and wellness programs are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Experience in Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and Fitness Training
Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and trends
Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Ability to develop personalized fitness plans and monitor progress
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant certifications in fitness training or personal training are required
Passion for promoting health and wellness

Experience with recovery programs like yoga or other wellness practices is a plus
