Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sports Director at Chandigarh University, located in the Mohali district. The Sports Director will oversee the university's sports programs, including planning, organizing, and directing athletic activities. This role will involve coordinating with coaches, managing sports events, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The Sports Director will also be responsible for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students and staff through various sports initiatives.

Physical Education and Sports skills
Communication and Coaching skills
Sports Management experience
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field
15-20 Years of Experience.
Experience in managing sports programs at an educational institution is a plus Sports Management (PhD preferred).
Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience in sports administration, coaching, or physical education leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of UGC norms, policies, and regulations related to sports and physical education.
