Key Job Responsibilities

Curriculum Planning & Delivery:
Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans for physical education, including indoor and outdoor activities and yoga.
Sports Training:
Train, coach, and manage school sports teams (e.g., basketball, athletics, cricket) to compete in tournaments.
Safety & Supervision:
Ensure student safety during activities to prevent injuries, following school health policies.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Evaluate student performance in practical and theoretical PE exams, maintaining records for report cards.
Event Coordination:
Plan and organize annual sports days, sports meets, and other school, inter-school, or CBSE-related events.
Motivation & Hygiene:
Motivate students to adopt a healthy lifestyle, ensuring the maintenance of personal hygiene and fitness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed).

Experience:

Previous experience, typically 1-5 years, in a similar role in a recognized CBSE school.

Skills:

Excellent communication in English, strong motivational skills, and the ability to manage large groups of students.
