Boat operator- marine expert

We are seeking an experienced Boat Operator / Marine Operations Expert to oversee marine operations for a premium project in Alibaug, Maharashtra, with regular movement between Mumbai, Mandwa Jetty, and the surrounding open waters.

Key Responsibilities include:

- ** Boat Selection & Technical Expertise**:
Provide technical validation and expert input on the selection of VIP, security, and staff boats. Conduct research and vendor evaluations, advising on specifications, safety equipment, and necessary upgrades.

- ** Licensing, Compliance & Procedures**:
Ensure all licenses, permits, and certifications are in place. Liaise with port authorities, jetty operators, and marine police to maintain maritime compliance.

- ** Marine Logistics & Planning**:
Plan and execute boat movements on short notice, taking into account weather, tides, and safety to ensure smooth and timely operations.

- ** Maintenance & Asset Management**:
Develop preventive maintenance schedules, coordinate servicing, repairs, and inspections, and maintain operational logs.

- ** Staffing & Crew Management**:
Recruit and manage crew members, ensure proper training and compliance, and manage rosters and backups.

- ** Local Liaison & Issue Resolution**:
Act as the single point of contact for all marine matters, handling local coordination and issue resolution.
