Export Documentation Specialist

Location: Jhajjar

Hiring: E-Commerce & Export Dispatch Executive | Veda Oils | Jhajjar
We are a fast-growing D2C brand in natural cosmetic ingredients (essential oils, carrier oils, butters) looking for a sharp, detail-oriented person to own our dispatch operations end-to-end.
What you'll do:
Process and fulfill daily Shopify orders accurately and on time
Coordinate international shipments via Fed Ex (documentation, AWBs, customs declarations)
Handle bulk B2B export orders — packing, labeling, and courier coordination
Track all shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Maintain dispatch records and coordinate with the warehouse and accounts team
What we need:
2-5 years experience in e-commerce dispatch or export logistics
Hands-on experience with Shopify order management (preferred)
Working knowledge of Fed Ex shipping portal and international shipping documents (invoice, packing list, COO)
Familiarity with basic export compliance for cosmetic/natural products is a plus
Organized, proactive, and good at follow-ups
