Job Description
As a Core Team Member (CTM.

- Warehouse Management/ Extended Warehouse Management (WM/EWM., you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our warehouse related operations in SAP. You will be tasked with driving efficiency and productivity within our warehouse, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and effectively. You will also be responsible for the implementation and management of this module in SAP and IT applications within the warehouse, ensuring that these systems are being used to their full potential.

Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of SAP WMEWM systems  Lead the configuration and maintenance of the SAP WMEWM module to meet business requirements  Implement and manage SAP and IT applications within the warehouse ensuring that these systems are being used to their full potential  Use your business and commercial acumen to drive efficiency and productivity within the warehouse  Demonstrate entrepreneurship and a global mindset in all aspects of your role constantly looking for ways to improve and innovate  Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently  Use your analytical skills to identify and solve problems within the warehouse ensuring that any issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively  Communicate effectively with all members of the warehouse team as well as with other departments within the company  Manage tasks effectively ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard  Work collaboratively with other departments and teams within the company ensuring that the warehouse is working effectively as part of the wider company  Continually look for ways to improve the warehouse and its operations using your problem solving skills to identify and implement improvements
