Assistant warehouse supervisor

Location: Kānar

Mandatory Experience in FMCG Industry.

Responsibilities include:

Ordering warehouse supplies and assigning duties and responsibilities to
warehouse workers.
Overseeing the movement of items throughout the warehouse and ensuring
the timely delivery of products.
Providing customer satisfaction by ensuring customer orders are well
packaged and arrive at the intended destination in good condition.
Managing warehouse employees and ensuring items are stored in good
condition and systems are well organized.
Reviewing warehousing processes to improve efficiency and regularly
updating the team on best practices.
Hiring and training new staff and disciplining staff when necessary to
maintain the efficiency and productivity of the team.
Ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and maintaining a clean
and orderly work area to ensure safety.
Ethical conduct is expected at all times, and the assistant warehouse
supervisor acts as a point of contact when the supervisor is
unavailable.
