• Implement Kinder Care's curriculum and State Pre‑K requirements in a way that meets each child's unique needs, creating a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Partner with and communicate to parents to support their children’s development.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership toward enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organization, multitasking, and ability to handle multiple situations.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or meet NAEYC and state Pre‑K candidacy requirements.
• Meet state‑specific qualifications for the role.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Maintain safe physical postures, clear vision, and hearing to keep children safe.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English.
