• Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist
• Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing patient-centered care and commitment to clinical excellence
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall wellness
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations

• Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy

• Manual Therapy – Proficiency in hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial release.
• Therapeutic Exercise Prescription – Designing and instructing tailored exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and function.
• Pain Management – Utilizing various modalities (heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) and techniques for pain relief.
• Gait & Balance Training – Addressing mobility deficits, fall prevention, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
• Post-Surgical Rehabilitation – Expertise in protocols for total joint replacements and other surgical recovery programs.
