Align Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist in Indian Harbour Beach, FL to join our team. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care.
Qualifications- Doctorate (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Physical Therapist
- Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing patient-centered care and commitment to clinical excellence
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall wellness
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and industry regulations
- Participate in community outreach and patient education initiatives as needed
- Stay up to date with the latest research and advancements in physical therapy
- Comprehensive Evaluations – Ability to assess and identify musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments.
- Treatment Planning – Developing and implementing individualized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs.
- Manual Therapy – Proficiency in hands-on techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial release.
- Therapeutic Exercise Prescription – Designing and instructing tailored exercise programs to improve strength, mobility, and function.
- Pain Management – Utilizing various modalities (heat, cold, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) and techniques for pain relief.
- Gait & Balance Training – Addressing mobility deficits, fall prevention, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.
- Post-Surgical Rehabilitation – Expertise in protocols for total joint replacements and other surgical recovery programs.
