  • Workstream & Portfolio Oversight:

Maintain a master view of all technology work streams; identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks; escalation proactively and remove blockers.
  • Operating Cadence:

Design and lead the CTO's operating rhythm - weekly leadership team meetings, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning cycles, and all-hands meetings.
  • Cross-Functional Execution:

Own cross-functional initiatives that span engineering, product, data, security, and business teams on behalf of the CTO.
  • Executive Communications:

Prepare executive-level communications including board materials, investor briefings, and internal strategy memos.
  • CTO Proxy:

Act as a trusted proxy for the CTO in internal meetings when appropriate; represent the CTO's perspective with authority and accuracy.
  • Operational Excellence:

Drive continuous improvement of team operating processes, tools, and norms across the technology organization
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, operations, consulting, or program leadership
  • Proven ability to drive large, complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, SaaS, or regulated technology environments strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation - with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, metrics, power point presentations and building business cases.
  • High EQ and political acumen; skilled at building relationships and navigating organizational dynamics.
  • Familiarity with Agile, OKR frameworks, and enterprise program management practices.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.
