Staff Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

• Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
• Reconcile accounts and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting.
• Assist the Controller with budgeting and various reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office; experience with Net Suite desired.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred.
