We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain financial records and prepare financial reports.
- Reconcile accounts and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and reporting.
- Assist the Controller with budgeting and various reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office; experience with Net Suite desired.
- Experience with accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is preferred.
