Senior Accountant - Indy - Growing Company;
Great Culture! This role involves supporting general ledger close processes, financial statement development, variance analysis, journal entries, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve business goals.
- Perform assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger closing processes
- Assist in the development of financial statements and reports
- Review and explain variances to budget/forecast and to previous reporting periods on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations
- Work closely with other functional areas and business management to resolve issues and support achievement of business goals
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2-5 years minimum work experience
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Mid-Senior level
