Asset Manager | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions (formerly Parker+Lynch) is partnering with an Indy real estate developer to fill the role of Asset Manager.

As an Asset Manager you will work with an established team and a communicative hiring manager. Previous accounting experience in low income housing real estate development or related public accounting will be key.

• Financial data collections and reporting
• Maintain a deep understanding of the portfolio of properties
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
• Track and report on project progress
• Work with internal and external parties to ensure accuracy

• 2+ years progressive accounting experience, ideally within affordable multifamily real estate accounting
• Great time management and prioritization skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• Foundation in public accounting preferred
