Tax Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Base Pay: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead a dynamic team of accounting professionals.
- Provide tax consulting and audit services to clients.
- Develop and implement tax strategies that support client growth.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders on business development and client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business/accounting, finance, or related field.
- Licensed CPA (highly preferred) or EA; experience coming out of a Big 4 firm is acceptable.
- Multistate CPA experience required.
- International tax experience (a plus).
- Tax resolution experience (a plus).
- 4+ years of tax and accounting experience in a CPA firm.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
