Overview
Vaco Indianapolis has partnered with a client on the northwest side of Indianapolis in search of an Accounts Payable Coordinator. This position will be working onsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Enters payables into GL system after performing 3-way matches.
- Ensures compliance with accounting policies.
- Produce weekly reports requesting cash requirements for weekly payments.
- Process AP Check run selections in the system.
- Track receipts of goods which haven’t been entered into GL system for accrual entries.
- Assist in set-up of new suppliers in the system.
- Respond to vendor inquiries as needed.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
Compensation and benefits: Determining compensation for this role depends upon factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, office location and other business needs. The salary range will be disclosed where required by local law. The individual may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and may participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
