Assistant Controller
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Bonus
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range

• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes

• Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy across multiple entities

• Perform account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations while investigating variances

• Support monthly financial reporting and intercompany accounting activities

• Assist with tax work papers, compliance documentation, and income tax accrual support

• Provide support for payroll accounting, benefits administration, banking, and related accounting functions

• 3-5 years of public accounting experience, or a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

• Strong experience with accrual accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

• Experience with Quick Books or similar accounting software and advanced Excel skills
