Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour

What’s a typical day as Accounts Payable Clerk? You’ll be:

Processing and verifying invoices accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records.
Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Supporting the finance team and reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor or Manager.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have previous experience in accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related field (required).
Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Are proficient with accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Have strong communication skills and can work independently or as part of a team.
Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education in accounting is a plus.
