Financial Controller, Cost Accountant
Canadian Phytopathological Society in Carmel, IN is seeking a hands-on Controller to build the finance function, close year-ends, and provide cost visibility for faster decision-making. You will own manufacturing cost accounting, implement KPIs, and drive budgeting, forecasting and a 13-week cash plan while collaborating with plant operations.
The role requires on-site leadership with a focus on integrity, long tenure, and hands-on involvement on the plant floor. CPA is helpful but not required.
