• Prepare federal and state individual and business tax returns.
• Maintain client books in Quick Books, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and customer accounts.
• Review and clean up financial records and prepare tax-ready schedules.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related matters.
• Support payroll reconciliations, tax planning activities, and related filings.

• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns.
• Prior public accounting, tax firm, or similar professional services experience preferred.
• Strong Quick Books experience and understanding of account reconciliations.
• Experience with Ultra Tax, Drake Tax Software, and Excel preferred.
• Enrolled Agent (EA) credential preferred but not required for experienced candidates.
