Candidates must have hands-on experience preparing partnership tax returns, including Form 1065. Experience with real estate partnerships is preferred but not required.

We're looking for a talented Partnership Tax Accountant who enjoys solving complex tax challenges and wants to grow with a knowledgeable, collaborative team.

• Prepare federal and state partnership tax returns, including Form 1065 and related schedules.
• Work on partnership tax engagements involving business entities and real estate investments.
• Prepare Schedule K-1s, tax work papers, and supporting documentation.
• Analyze financial records, partnership allocations, and tax reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with experienced tax professionals to resolve tax questions and deliver accurate returns.
• Support tax compliance, research, and planning for a diverse client base.
• Build expertise in real estate taxation and affordable housing tax credit engagements.

• 2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting preferred.
• Hands-on experience preparing partnership tax returns (Form 1065) required.
• Knowledge of federal partnership taxation and related reporting requirements.
• Experience with real estate partnership taxation is a strong plus.
• Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is highly valued but not required.
• CPA or EA designation is a plus, not required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
