• Prepare and review individual, business, and trust tax returns
• Conduct tax planning and advisory services for clients
• Research and resolve complex tax issues
• Manage client relationships and provide proactive guidance
• Mentor and support junior accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing business and individual tax returns
• CPA designation or CPA-track preferred
• Proficiency with tax software and modern accounting technology platforms
