Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the growth of our Inspection department at our Indianapolis, IN location. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day to day operations within the department, while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Obtain job documents such as purchase orders, billing forms, insurance certificates, etc.
  • Invoice jobs per the billing schedule.
  • Accounts Receivable follow up for past due invoices.
  • Contract renewals and pricing updates.
  • Receive customer calls and work with Sales Team / Scheduling Team to address any issues.
  • Backup support for incoming office calls.
  • Data management and other tasks as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels meet are a priority and exceed company standards.
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of administrative experience
Computer Skills
  • Microsoft Office
