Title Clerk

Auto Data Direct, Inc. (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk, you will be responsible for contacting the DMV for status updates and receiving paperwork from the out of state dealerships for processing in multiple states throughout the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and log all mail daily
• Quality check the Dealers&' data entry for errors
• Scan mail to VTR

• Pull DMV updates report daily
• Separate completion by original docs and photo copies
• Complete and balance at least 20 completions daily

Training:

On-the-job training

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• DMV or Auto title processing experience preferred
• Adaptability and problem solving skills
