We are looking for a detail-driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you love organizing, supporting a dynamic team, and being the go‑to person for smooth operations, you could be our next Plant Office Administrator
.
Monday-Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm
Pay$21-25 depending on experience

- Champion safety by following and promoting our safety‑first culture.
- Coordinate deliveries and collaborate with carriers, recyclers, and transportation team.
- Manage production, inventory, and transportation reports through customer portals.
- Handle payroll, PTO, and attendance tracking with precision.
- Support employees with onboarding, leave requests, and other HR paperwork.
- Keep records and files organized and up‑to‑date.
- Communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and plant leadership.
- Assist with customer service and other duties as needed.
- Experience in administrative work (preferred in warehouse or manufacturing).
- Mastery of multitasking, organization, and time management.
- Tech‑savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web‑based systems.
- Strong written, verbal, and email communication skills.
- Customer‑focused and team‑oriented.
- Bilingual in Spanish (a big plus).
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
